Here is a shot showing the house one of the MacKenzies built to tkeep the wife quiet. Apparently she did not like the austerity of the castle. Cant remember when exactly the info board said it was built, possibly mid 1700's. I'm sure it said it was the 1st geometric house in the Highlands though.

Presumably it kept her quiet by him being in Edinburgh. LOL
