    Beards and more beards

Fair amount of chat here on the topic, so I thought I'd share this site (may be slow to load due to recent publicity).

OK, some are "just" 'staches, but they are all fairly impressive!

Very impressive. Gives me some ideas. Not so sure that my wife will like a one of them but then she's no fan of the simple beard I have now. ;)
I have always tempered my killing with respect for the game pursued. I see the animal not only as a target but as a living creature with more freedom than I will ever have. I take that life if I can, with regret as well as joy, and with the sure knowledge that nature's ways of fang and claw or exposure and starvation are a far crueler fate than I bestow. - Fred Bear

Wonderful. I'm on a beard hiatus right now, but I'm aiming for a very bearded Spring season.

Nice to note that the photographer is a UT-Austin graduate and worked at GSD&M, a very good advertising agency in Austin. These photos remind me that I really MUST do something about coiffing my own hirsute, which now just rambles hither and yon.

Lovely! Nothing like nice facial hair.

A perfect wife would have to be one that likes both beards AND kilts.

I was bearded when I first met my wife-to-be and bearded at our wedding. But now that my beard is gone she doesn't want it back. I hung on to my mustache for years and years but alas, that is gone now too. Now I only get an angry look and snide comment if I go day without shaving.

At least the kilt is tolerated. I don't want to push things with, "tiny hairs growing out of my face". (but then again, someday maybe). The beard almost seems a necessary accouterment to the kilt.
