I'm really, really pleased and excited to announce the Cardinal Highland Athletic Club's new logo, designed by GGGP....monster *ahem* Highland Games thrower and outrageously talented, too! A bit of the crispness of the original work is lost in the conversion to .jpg format with stupid old MS Paint (I'm graphics-program challenged) , but I'm really chuffed about it! The CHAC is the group of Highland Athletes, both Stanford affiliates and community folks, that practice here at Stanford. I'm sort of the "staff advisor". It combines the name of the club with our motto, and the oak tree...well, our practice field is surrounded by oak trees. We throw Weight Over Bar in the middle of an oak grove. And of course "tree" - Stanford, duh....even though it's not the Stanford Tree -- (copyright reasons)--. The celtic knot symbolizes our Scottish connection. I LOVE IT. Thank you SO much, GGGP!

Beautiful work. Stunning.
Awe, thank you for the kind words, Alan! I'm so pleased hat you like the logo. Before we go to print, I need to adjust the spacing on the lower circle.
