    Crazy EBAY finds

    Just seen this on EBAY , The art of Kilt Making book ,if it sells for $150.00
    I am selling my copy too and just buying a Kilt LOL .

    I was thinking maybe if it was signed by our friend here Barbara Tewksbury , but even then
    $150.00 , we can stock up on the books here for $35.00 and resell them .
    so yes must be a typo , maybe $15.00

    they probably looked at the amazon 'marketplace' pricing and saw one for that price (which should tell you all you need to know about the amazon 'marketplace' and some of it's 3rd party vendors).

    There was a thread a few weeks ago about someone reselling Barb's book for ~$130-150, which is a bit silly, since it can be bought new for $35.

    Perhaps it is a first printing, hand-sewn one and not one of those machine stitched things from Pakistan.

    Since gold has dropped so much in the last month, I wonder if traders will switch to futures in Barb's tome. That's quite the run up since I got my copy last year. I'm holding out for $200 before I sell.
