Daughter's surgery
My daughter Karen is recovering post-op hip surgery at Stanford Medical. Pray for good pain management for tonight after discharge and especially for the drive home to Reno tomorrow.

I'll send some prayers your way for her.
I can see the beautiful drive up over Echo summitt into Tahoe if you go that way. That will have a healing effect.

Heavenly Father, please help Karen to a full and successful recovery from her hip surgery and with minimal pain. Bring her safely to her home in Reno and provide strength and comfort to her family during this time of healing. Amen.

My daughter is home and doing well, now 6 weeks of NO weight on her hip what-so-ever. Thank you all for the prayers and best wishes.
