Death of Tam White

I read in the newspapers of the death of Tam White, Scottish folk singer and actor, at 67 years of age, he was a legend in Scotland.
Our members on the forum may recognise from the role he played in the film 'Braveheart'.
He played Clan Chief McGregor.

He came from an era of '60's Scottish singers. When I think of Tam White - a blues singer, I can’t help thinking also of Hamish Imlach – a folk singer (different style but also very popular – “Sure my name is Paddy Durkin and I’m sick and tired of working…..”).
