Duncan - Monarch of the Glen - could he be one of us?
Duncan was one of the few members of the cast who consistently wore a kilt. Personally I like that he was able to dress it down as a guillie or dress it up for dinners and dances. He is an ax ample of how we could do the daily kilt wearing gig.
Anyone ales think Duncan could have been one of us?

Hamish Clark, the actor who played Duncan, was a member here back in 2004. He last logged on in 2005.

I finally found that show a couple months ago on Netflix, never heard of it before. I wish they would have not taken it off the air, I loved it. I watched the entire series in just over a month. I got hooked on it, lol. Trying to find a replacement show to watch now.

Have you tried the "Hamish MacBeth" series? It, too, was filmed in Scotland. It is a lot of fun to watch, but a bit edgier than MOTG. It is also available via Netflix on DVD, but with no subtitles, so you have to listen carefully.
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.

I tried to, but I can't stream it with Netflix, it's only available from them on DVD. I tried their DVD program before, it takes too long for them to mail DVD's to me here in Hawaii to be worth paying for it. I will just have to wait until it is available for streaming.
I decided to watch the Monarch series again it was so good, lol.

Good call-out. I appreciated the fact that his character just went about his daily life in the kilt as ... Normal. He made it work whether in the Heath or under the hood of a car.

Actually, watching him wearing the kilt everyday, in various activities and types of social occasions is when I decided to start wearing the kilt every day. He's my hero, lol
