FEMA Emergency Management Institute
One thing the Army does for us soldiers during the holiday season is places everyone on half day schedules, so we generally get off at noon unless of course the mission requires you to stay on longer but generally speaking most everyone is off at noon, and even the post flag is lowered at noon.
I have been working on my retirement resume for the past week and taking these FEMA on-line classes from the Emergency Management Institute to fatten up my resume. I had spent about two hours printing the course materials for the State Disaster Management class and by the time I had finished printing everything the pile of paper was about a foot high! I thought that there was no way I would finish this class before Monday, but I spent an hour at the Little Apple Brewery last night going over the printed final exam and this morning I took the test and out of 25 questions was only unsure of one.
Below are the results of my studious work and beer drinking. int:

Hey Brother,
I would recommend taking the NIMS courses also! They are great for public safety and most agencies I know of require them.

Well done Christian,
I second the recommendation to complete the EMI NIMS courses and any others in line with your interests for another position. Worked well for me in my entry to this latest career after 30 years in the Navy.
And as noted what a great place to prep for the exam. Cheers
All the best Sir and thanks for your service.
