I was curious if any of you happen to go to, or will be attending, the Philadelphia Folk Festival in August?

Why yes I do, and have done for well over 40 years! Wouldn't miss it for the world.

To stay on topic, kilts of all styles (trad, modern, X-style, etc.) are often seen during the event and usually don't raise any eyebrows among the attendees.

Well you have more experience than I do then! I live right in town and I've been going now for 3 years. I was surprised my first time going to find that I was not the only one in a kilt by far!
