    Gaelic speakers/learners...

A while back a friend turned my wife and I on to a whole series of short films in Irish Gaelic. This one is one of my faves. Enjoy! (It's only 9 minutes long so hang in there--it's worth it!)

One of my favorites. Have you seen the (full-length) film Kings? It's pretty amazing. All in Irish.

I did see Kings and thought it was very good. Excellent ensemble acting. And, FTR, definitely NOT a light and fluffy story.

aww... you reminded me how much I really need to learn Irish. I'm concentrating on Scottish Gaelic first though ;)
It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for freedom -- for that alone, which no honest man gives up but with life itself.

The movie Seachd is in Scottish Gaelic. It's excellent if you can find a copy.
