I would like to suggest that any of us lucky enough to go to the Gathering this summer in Edinburgh that we all meet for a group photo meet & greet at the Lamont tent. We can choose a time when it gets closer and the events get sorted out. Why Lamont?? because it is in the middle of the alphabet only a few months until the big event.

still planning my arrival, when it gets closer let plan the pub crawl.
Good idea to meet up for a photocall. I am planning on being at the Games on the Sunday only. I suspect there may well be a kilt night in Dumfries, possibly on the Friday, as some xmarkers will be staying there during the gathering. I hope to meet up with as many other x-markers as possible during your forthcoming visits to Scotland whether in Edinburgh, Dumfries, here in Hawick, or over at the aviation museum at Carlisle Airport.
