    Grad school

I posted a little while ago that I had mailed out my grad school applications.

Well, I've been accepted to the taught MA program with the Institute for Medieval Studies at the University of Leeds.

I'm not worried about the work, but there's a lot to do. FAFSA, loans, visa, trying to figure out where to live, etc. etc, ad infinitum. Trying to figure out how my wife can come with, too.

Term starts in mid-September, and it's a one year program (longer if I'm able to go straight to PhD when I'm done with the MA).

To anyone who's travelled to the UK for an extended period, or any resident of the UK, any advice on life and living would be greatly appreciated.

    Nick,

If you can raise him, try to contact Rufus, as he spent some time at a university in the UK. I'm sure he can give you all sorts of insight.

    Cheers,
