Grandad again

I am so tickled. I just recieved a text message saying I have a new grandson...(I hate texts. My take is if it is important enough to contact someone use the voice! of course I'm "old" anyway!) So when I finally get a hold of the family I get the whole story. Campbell Alexander Cunningham born in Boston, strawberry blonde hair and white eyebrows and lashes, 7 lb. 3 oz, 21 inches. Sure looks like another redhead in the family! Mother and son doing well. Daughter and Son-in-law moved from his native Edinburgh last year and this is another one of those times when I can't understand what he is saying! Thank goodness Gramma is there to interpret! Obviously, another kilt wearer in the future.

Congratulations!!! It is great being a Grandparent!! I don't think that there is the need to "enforce" the if no photo's it didn't happen "rule". Yet. Have you bought the kilt???

Congratulations. Getting the promotion to Grandfather is one of the good things that happens to compensate for the things that age takes away. Someone once told me that grandchildren are God's reward to us for not strangling our children when provoked.
