    Grateful to be in Arizona

So, last night the Sonoran Scotsmen gained another member. We are now at 54 members here in the valley of the sun. We normally only end up with 15-25 kilts for a kilt night but I still thinks it's great that we have such a large number of kilt wearing people here. I know that some people on this list are the only ones in their area that wear a kilt.

There are dozens even hundreds of other kilt wearers here in Arizona that aren't even part of the Sonoran Scotsmen, because we run into them occasionaly when we're out and about.

It feels good to do my part to help bring our brethren together whenever possible. Our next kilt night is on May 3rd and we're all going bowling. (I'll make sure to post some pictures afterwards)

Xmarks has played a large part in my growth as well both as a kilt wearer and as an amateur historian.

Anyways, I'll make sure to raise a pint next weekend when we all get together to toast to all the members that continue to help the kilt be more widely accepted.

    Slainte!

Very cool Ayin, you just may have the largest rabble going. I wish we could get that many at one of our nights, maybe we should go bowling sometime, I think that is a great idea for a day with friends.

Well done for the Sonoran Scotsmen! Your kilt nights always seem rather epic events. This weekend the Nor Cal Rabble will be happy to raise our glasses to the good kilted ladies and gents of our friends in Sonora.

    Cheers
