Great workout over the weekend.

My father in law and I put up a privacy fence around our backyard. (My wife and I bought a house with her mom and dad, saves $ all around. Long Story.) Hope to never have to do that again unless I'm paid to do it.

One positive: I worked muscles in my arms I haven't worked in a long long time.

I have been helping my son put a fence up on his property, he and his wife are getting some alpacas, do not ask me why. We have been working on it for a couple of weeks now. Lots of sunshine and good hard work. Lost 4# so far. Did do some damage to myself; tangled with his tractor and smashed my finger. Then I lost my balance and managed to whack myself in the head with the T-post driver.

Grew up on a farm, myself. Ran heavy equipment by the time I was out of elementary school. Always managed to hurt myself somehow whenever we did fencing, though.
