    Haggis at school

The University I work at has a farm and salesroom. The other day I was just kinda joking around w/ the Mgr. and I mentioned that the farm should offer haggis. Crazily she knew what Haggis is, and she did say that she would ask the guy over the meat processing about possible getting haggis. They do raise sheep (along w/ cattle, pigs, goats, and horses) on the farm.

So who knows, the University might actually offer haggis. That would be cool!!!

Haggis is great. Here in Oregon, there is a guy who makes some pretty great haggis that I purchase from time to time at the local Scottish shop in the freezer. It's called "Lambs Haggis" and I believe it is still made in Roseburg, Oregon.
Anyway, yes, haggis at school would be pretty cool I think.

I know the product well. Purchased two packages (1 pound each) of Lamb's Haggis links when I was in Stumptown, last weekend. That, and some black pudding, and white pudding, purchased at the same time, should last until my next trip to town, in June.
