Has anyone heard from Jock Scot lately?
I've noticed that our dear friend Jock Scot has been absent lately. His last visit to the site was 27 August, over 10 weeks ago. I'd like to think he's just busy with real-life pursuits of pleasure and recreation, but it's difficult not to worry when someone so deeply entrenched in geezerhood (I say that with affection!) goes missing. Has anyone been in contact with him recently? Can we verify all is well?

I got an email from him on the 14th of October. He’s been busy shooting and fishing so I can understand why he’d take a break from the web.

@Tobus I had the same thought just last evening. I'm new here and yet still keenly aware of his contributions and activity. Glad to know he's living the good life.

I think we are all of similar thought. Even my daughter was asking if he's been about. I wondered if one of the earlier, rather contentious, threads made him walk away for a bit.

I've been wondering the same thing myself. On a side note, I've noticed Patrick has also been absent. Could he be with Jock?

tokareva, could you be referring to the thread(s) I'm thinking of?

Gentlemen, the best way to blow off steam is to blast away (or drown) one's sorrows in a beloved activity. Jock takes his ever loving time in his private pursuits (by his own accounts). I hope he bags enough game to fill his and another freezer.
I do miss his posts for this long gaming season.

Probably, it's Patrick from Glasgow I'm referring to. I hope those NEDS or whatever he calls them didn't stuff him inside of a dumpster or something.

Yes Sir, that’s what I was referring to.
