I got pinched, today, by a Mexican lady?!
I was in the Verizon store today, to upgrade my phone. I had on an Ariz State t-shirt, cargo shorts, and a flat cap. This other customer (Mexican woman), was wearing a green t-shirt, and was going around the store, pinching everyone who wasn't wearing green. She came up to me, and gave me a light pinch. I asked her: "I'm Irish, isn't that good enough?" She said "no," and moved on. The whole thing was funny. Although my surname (Weatherhead) is Scottish, my dad's mom was Irish, my dad's dad (my great grandpa) married an Irish lass, I have Caseys, Fishers, Fitzgeralds, O'Briens, Fitzpatricks, Learys, in my blood line, to name a few. But I got pinched, for not wearing green.
