I really hate to do this but...vendor alert

I've done business with Sky Raven Wolf several times over the last couple of years. Chris, the owner, has made me a beautiful sporran and flask wrap. Last September, I contracted her to make a rucksack for my wife. I prepaid for the rucksack based on our prior relationship. The price was not cheap!

I was promised the rucksack would be done and delivered by late November last year. After several e-mails and a phone call to Wales where the company is located, I still have not received the rucksack.

In the e-mails, Chris has mentioned she is going through personal problems/difficulties. Because of this, I've been understanding and have allowed additional time (several changes in promised delivery dates) over the last 5 months.

However, because in the past on this forum I've recommended Sky Raven Wolf for sporrans and leather works, I must now caution others who might be interested in Chris's products.

Maybe I'll eventually get the contracted rucksack, maybe not.

It's always sad when this sort of thing happens. It's kind of you to be so understanding thus far. I am of the mind though, that if they have taken your money, there can be no excuse. If they are unable to fulfil their obligation they should return the cash. Thanks for the heads up.
