Kilted at a Bike rally last weekend (( Geat day out ))

It was rally in Derbyshire for the Air cooled RD Club . It was melting hot Friday and Saturday I put my kilts on all day every day much to the delight to every one who both took the micky and admired them. all in good humour of course. below are some pics taken by the club photo guy Dell and some of the show that I took.

It was so hot I did the ride out Kilted , I know not realy recommended but it did get lots of looks riding about and when we got to Matlock I had my picture taken quight a few times by people walking about both on the bike and just standing around with excuse me can I take your picture . LOL " you don't get then in your leathers "

This was a lovely DT50 I road behind it for some time got up to 50MPH and was quight happy riding at between 40 and 45 for the ride which is a lot better then the one I used to have flat out at 35

It was so very hot I had to put my light Cameron of Erracht kilt on mid day and in the evening . but io put the heavy Argile Highlanders one on for the ride and my Hunting pride of Scotland on the Friday before. there were all like how many bloody kilts do you have . and I'm like well a few how may jeans do you have LOL.
