The Last Explorers
I watched the third edition of this series narrated by Neil Olliver, it featured the life and times of John Muir, what a wonderful story Neil Olliver told about this man who left Scotland and travelled widely across North America and was instrumental in Yosemite becoming a national park. A great story about one of the world's first environmentalists and conservationist. Yosemite and Yellowstone(although Yellowstone was the first national park and nothing to do with John Muir) must be great places to see and visit and I would love some day to go there.
John Muir must be high in the rating for the Great Scot competition and it is when you are familiar with what men like Muir done that you realise that nominations of ridiculous psuedo Scots like Billy Connolly and Sean Connery almost amount to blasphemy
