A Moment of Your Time to Remember
Ladies and Gentlemen of XMarks, I urge you all , at 11.00am today (in your respective time zones) to take a moment to remember, all those who have served our nations, to help us have the freedom that we enjoy today.
LEST WE FORGET

Re: A Moment of Your Time to Remember
We should ALWAYS remember. Tomorrow (for me (it's 20h40 on th 10th, here)) IS a special day however.
I'll certainly be at our local ceremony, although my workmates just seem to think that it's a good excuse for a day off work.

Yes, that is correct, 11/11/11, that's the date it is here now and I would guess that 11.00am 10/11/11 would have passed in most of the world by now

Tomorrow, my time. I'll be at the cenotaph, kilted, and praying.

Not in the Western Hemisphere, of course.

Re: A Moment of Your Time to Remember
I shall observe the two minutes silence at 11 am on 11/11/11 in my time zone, and remembering at Church on Sunday.
At the going down of the Sun, and in the Morning,
WE WILL REMEMBER THEM

Re: A Moment of Your Time to Remember
I have been a veteran for about 44 years. I have never had Veterans Day off as a holiday and won't again tomorrow. But tomorrow at 1100 I will observe two minutes of silence, by myself, as I have done for almost all of those 44 years. Thanks to all who have written that check and to those for whom the check has been cashed.
