My thrift store finds - post any you find too!

In light of all the conversations about how expensive this way of dressing is and in the spirit of being frugal (sounds so much nicer than cheap) I will start this thread to give people an idea of what is out there in the wild. These are things that I have purchased in Southern California at various second hand/thrift stores. I have done "costuming" for years for various events. I have a collection of thing in boxes, as I went through them I found a few interesting things which I will post over the next few days. I also have purchased "new" things over that last few weeks.

Being a "lady" gives me a bit of leeway in what is appropriate for me to wear, I've read all the post about lasses' wear.
There will be some finds for my husband too.

If you find anything in the wild feel free to post it in this thread! I'd love to see what others come up with.

Right now I am working on refitting this new to me pleated skirt, it it a bit big in the waist and too long. It is made in Great Britain, 100% wool woven cloth from Edinburgh Woolen Mill. I have never cut down a pleated skirt with an invisible zipper and am finding the task daunting. If I ruin it I am out $1.91 plus tax.
