Our Surprise
A few months ago, after a long night of partaking in the sweet nectar of the Gods (Scotch) my wife found out she was pregnant. I'm still concerned as it is our first but all of your kind words were extremely comforting. So I figured I would give the rabble an update.
My wife Kara and I went in for her 20 week check up and we were able to find out what we were having. It's a BOY! Séamus Patrick Kelly. I'm extremely excited as I was the last hope for carrying on the Kelly name. God does answer prayers!

Re: Our Surprise
Séamus Patrick Kelly! What a grand name for a boy to grow into. Congratulations on the good news of a healthy boy and wife--she is, after all the most important just now--and the lessons of what the aqua vitae can do.
Your wife, your son, and you will be in our prayers. Thanks for the update. We look forward to hearing more of your adventure as things progress.

Re: Our Surprise
The way it is phrased it is unclear whether it was you or your wife who was enjoying the whisky!
Never mind it worked!
The "Water of Life" has given a new angle to it's name to become "The Water of New Life."
Congratulations!

So it's Scotch-drinking that causes that. I've been wondering for a while.
Congratulations. I'm sure you're all very proud.

Congratulations! I heartily recommend Fatherhood by Bill Cosby. Quite entertaining and informative at the same time.
