Panda Tartan -- just knew it couldn't be long!

A new tartan to consider. I wonder what "clan" you'd have to belong to to wear this? http://www.edinburghzoo.org.uk/news-.../News_189.html

Indeed, Clan of the Cave Bear. What other possible choice could there be?

    Nice tartan.

Perhaps a Panda could play the bagpipes?

    Sounds neat.

Some sick joker could wear this kilt and then make a full face sporran out of a stuffed panda. That'd be pretty darn funny!

    Erm...I mean...horrible...(;0P

I don't think that there will be a kilt any time soon.

    From the registration details:

Restrictions: Yes. This tartan is only to be used and marketed according to the wishes of the Edinburgh Zoo. The tartan fabric and products which feature the tartan may not be made or sold unless specific permission has been requested to and granted by the Edinburgh Zoo.
A bit too white for my liking.

    Regards

    Chas

Well, perhaps the Canadians should consider creating a retaliatory tartan to celebrate the Kermode bear. Perhaps, cream and very dark brown, salmon pink and salmon blood red, then dark green and sea green. No restrictions.
