    The Passing of W.D.H.Sellar, Retired Lord Lyon King of Arms

    News breaking here in Scotland that David Sellar has died.
    During his tenure of office as Lord Lyon King of Arms he was an enthusiastic supporter of Scottish themed gatherings and I was fortunate to meet him on several occasions.
    He made helpful suggestions as to the composition of my Arms when I petitioned his Court for my appointment as an Armiger.
