That PV is nice stuff...
...in whatever form it might take.
While at the store looking for a tuxedo shirt, I started browsing a rack of suits...some of us DO wear them now and then...and found a very nice gray suit. It fit very nicely and the material felt great...and it turned out that it was made of Poly Viscose...neat!
Bought it. I figure if PV is good enough for kilts, it's certainly good enough for a suit.

I didn't know you were allowed to use p/v in anything but kilts

All I know is that I'm jonesing my first P/V kilt. From what i've seen of the material I am impressed.

Why not? They use it to make furniture and car seats. It is even used in the space program.
PV does its job very well.
