Retirement Day!!!!!
Today is my last day at work here at the County of Riverside. This is actually my 2nd retirement as I also did 20 years in the Army. Have told the wife 2 careers is my limit, so this is it. I won't be idle though, she's currently on volume 3 of the "Honey Do" list.

Congratulations!
Retirement is fine so long as you have plenty of interests and sufficient money.
I "retired" twelve years ago from a Town Hall Manager position, went back into my old profession (law) as a freelancer and got retained for four years to run a rural District Court on a part-time basis. Then I retired again from my profession in 2009 due to the recession and re-trained as a bus driver, which I still do on a part-time basis.

Congrats! I still have 7 more years to go.
You may need to go back to work, just so's you can relax from the Honey-Do List.

Congrats!
The wife and I are already planning, though we're about 10 years out, yet.
We have come to one agreement, though, she gets to pick out our retirement home, and I get to pick put the truck to pull it.

I have to go to the adage that applies, "I have to get a job to get any time off (or vacation) since I retired."
Bless your heart.

Congratulations! Having pulled the plug about eight months ago, I can tell you the "honey do" list doesn't get any shorter with time. You're going to find it hard to believe you ever had time for work. Enjoy.
