This was a great newspaper, put out by a great bunch of journalists for 150 years.



I'm raising a glass in honor of my colleagues there.....

Two of the biggest concerns around town are dealing with the "Other" format [News was a Tabloid, [Denver] Post is a Broadsheet] and whether or not the comics would continue . The Post has promised to carry all of the strips!! he News had 39 strips on a daily basis and Saturday the first day of the "combined funny pages we had 66 cartoons
--the man who still spends $15 a week on comic books
