Scottish Female Celebrities?
I am helping my 12 year old with a school project (more on this later). Among the information we are gathering are famous Scots. Its easy to come up with men, but I'm having a hard time identifying women. Sure there's royalty, and Flora MacDonald, but try coming up with someone a 12 year old would have heard of, like a Ewan McGregor. Any suggestions?
Best regards,
Jake

Colonel Anne...
My vote would be for "Colonel" Anne (Farquharson) MacIntosh, who raised a contingent for Jacobite service whilst her husband was away commanding Government troops.

Todd
