Must of been a music critic!
"A veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve, is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life." That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it." anon

You can easily fence a stolen guitar, an amp, some drums, etc..
But bagpipes? What are the thieves going to do with those?

There are a ton of pipers in the area..but I doubt that by now everyone knows the story so they won't get far. I saw this headline at lunch when I walked by a Sun Newspaper box. Thanks for posting the entire article kilty!

One of three things I suspect: 1) He misplaced them; 2) someone's pulling a prank (prob'ly not likely); or, they are not missing and he's hoping to collect insurance. Why would someone take the pipes and leave a pc?

Why would someone leave a vehicle with supposed $9,000 pipes + PC + briefcase in them. I don't care where you live!

Hey now! Steady! Some of us drummers happen to be quite good. At many things!
