Sharing some good news.

I returned home late last night from Reno, NV, where I had attended the National Tattoo Association's National Convention and Competition.
My artist, Tobi Wallace, and I won the Artist's Choice Award for Unique Tattoo.
They do a People's Choice Award and a Artist's Choice Award for each category, the People's being judged by the entire membership in attendance and the Artist's judged by a panel of some of the finest Tattoo Artist's in the nation. It would have been fun to have the other tattooed kids select me, but honestly, I'm a bit more impressed to have Tobi's work recognized by such an August Panel.

hehehe, yeah, I've got approx. 46 to 48 hours in on the sleeves. I jump back in the chair tomorrow or wednesday so we can start my chest and sides. Tobi made a comment on the plane back that leads me to believe it's his intention to finish my upper torso by next years convention. *ouch*
