I found this interesting. You can see the pipe and drum corps at about the 30 second mark.

Reason: Replaced bad link with good one, as per OP request.

The film clip was fine. The commentary was vulgar....

That commentator needs to be in some other occupation.

Oops! Sorry about that. I failed to check the audio on this clip. I thought it was a shorter clip of a version with no commentary.
I deleted the link to the offending clip.
Here is a link to the long version. The pipe band show up at about 1:25.
Again, sorry for not checking the audio on that first link.

Appreciated by the eyes and not the ear. Why oh why is it necessary to curse when disgust and displeasure is his reaction to an otherwise fascinating event. When the sound is gone, this will become a worthy news feed.

I guess I was lucky. I was at work when I saw the thread and watched the video linked in the original post. However, I had the sound off, so was spared the apparently objectionable commentary, and simply saw the sights.

Done. :-)
And for the record, it's lovely to hear the Tokyo Pipe Band again. Ahhh.... Miss that. Just like old times.

Yokohama—A for the effort. Commentator—F- for the tasteless, abusive play-by-play. A St. Patrick's Day parade, no matter where it is held, is part respect for Irish culture, part whimsy, and part "we need a parade and this is as good a reason as any." The Japanese seem to understand that. The fool behind the microphone obviously doesn't.

Ah, that's better! What a cool thing to see! It's great to see the Japanese get into the St. Patrick's spirit. Thanks for posting.
