Still alive!
Well, the Cancer has all but shrivelled away!
BUT!
I discovered a tiny sore, which made sitting somewhat uncomfortable. Saw the Doc who promptly cut it out and stitched it. That was in February. It won't heal, the stitches pulled out, and now I'm told it is an "Open Radiation wound" and because of the tissue damage caused by the treament, will take months to heal up! Sitting is now practically impossible, even with Vicodin and other potions.
So, I guess I'm asking for some more "Mojo" from you kind guys & gals, as it's pretty miserable.
But I'm not down & out yet, just posting less for now. It is literally a Pain in the :butt:
Still, when one considers the alternative, things could be lots worse.

Speaking from first hand knowledge, the collective Xmarks "mojo" is powerful stuff! All the very best to you.

Candle lit and all appropriate fingers crossed for you.
Have you looked into the large seat sized gel pads that are available at medical supply shops that are used by wheelchair bound patients to prevent pressure sores? You could get one or two and carry them around with you to wherever you need to sit. Typically feels cool to the touch and distributes pressure exceptionally well. Trust me, I am a doctor (and, no, I didn't stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night).

Mojo incoming! I hope you heal up quickly.
I have always tempered my killing with respect for the game pursued. I see the animal not only as a target but as a living creature with more freedom than I will ever have. I take that life if I can, with regret as well as joy, and with the sure knowledge that nature's ways of fang and claw or exposure and starvation are a far crueler fate than I bestow. - Fred Bear
