Clickity. Looks like the NFL is now violating the very law that it begged a content provider to enforce. The net is changing everything. Even how the kilt is worn. I figured that sooner or later something like this would apply here as well, seeing as we now have the ability to embed videos in our posts, forming a complete multimedia experience for the forum viewer.
I certainly hope this goes to court and the judge rules in her favor and makes the NFL pay all the expenses. If they are going to try to enforce this on others, they should be held to the same standard themselves.

wow...it is amazing how singular of vision lawyers of powerful organizations can be, thinking their sheer might will scare someone off.
DMCA issues are very real here, already. The joy and delight of DMCA is trying to keep up with how it's being interpreted today, as opposed to yesterday. We prefer to err on the side of caution.
