So we are out of the Rugby World Cup beating by England and Argentina, the kilts in New Zealand are packed away. At least we won't have to get up early to watch us getting gubbed and spoiling our weekend. But wait is more misery in store for our poor wee nation in the next few days, not only are we gubbed at rugby, getting gubbed by the tail end of the two recent hurricanes from across the pond but it looks as if we are going to get gubbed by Spain next Tuesday night in Alicante, hopefully we wont get gubbed by little Lichenstein this Saturday night. Are we doomed in this little nation of ours - No, while there is life there is hope and why should we not beat the World champions on their own ground next week, Remember Bannockburn and Bruce, Remember Paris and James McFadden. So people of Scotland from home and abroad, get the kilts on this Saturday night and next Tuesday night and cheer on our team to victory. Wha's Like Us?
Naebody's like us Jimmy. We (the Scots) are world masters at competing manfully but going down to glorious defeat.
you are so right, we have seen the movie time after time but we can hope

So many are going over to these two games from all ages, young and old and its this hope that lives within them despite knowing what expereince can teach them. Some day hopefully success will be the experience
