What are you listening to?
Greetings all,
Just realized as I was doing taxes, weaving on my Inkle loom and doing some kilt sewing that I had a bit of a mix of music going. Having programmed music for public radio I have amassed a large mix of cds and vinyl to enjoy. Ive converted maybe a 10th of my cds to MP3 for ease of listening over the pc. Well today took me over a few musical genres today. What are you listening to while you sew a kilt, work on a sporran, cook, sit and sip scotch or generally go about your weekend of ease.
Todays playlist included:
Ofra Haza from Yemenite Jewish origin singing from a best of album
Celtic Thunder
Franco & Rochereau from Democratic Republic of Congo album Omona Wapi
Orchestra Baobab from Senegal and Pirates Choice album
Alla Rakha and Zakir Hussain
Edith Piaf
Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong
Khadja Nin from Burundi
The Greencards
And more... so what are you listening to
