    Whisky Cheese

This is a recipe from the Hall of Moderators kitchen. I was leafing through a tomb that Spasm had left open ... I thought I'd at least pass on this piece of not so secret information

    Method

For the whiskey cheese: take a small soft Brie cheese
Prick the cheese all over with a fork. Put in a shallow bowl and pour over some whisky so that it comes half way up the cheese. (If possible leave this to soak for a day or two.)Don't forget to turn it over a few times
May be just the thing this Festive season

Blast! I hear Spasm shuffling down the corridor must dash .. Evil deeds to be done and all that.....

    Not a word............
    All the Best.....David.

You had better get some very very good brie to go with it then I bet that would be nice on oatcakes....
