Barns of Wolf Trap Shows (VA)

A couple of interesting shows coming ot the Barns of Wolf Trap in VA for those that may be interested:

Celtic Fiddle Festival October 25th.
Battlefiled Band on November 8th

FYI, Battlfiled band looks like it's close to selling out on Wednesday. We delayed and didn't get tickets till last night. Our group of 3 is stuck back in the last row, balcony.

I would love to see Celtic Fiddle Festival. I really enjoy listening to Kevin Burke's music. Battlefield Band would also be great to hear live.

Great show last night. Mike Katz is an amazing piper. It was interesting to find out that he's originally from LA but speaks as if he's lived in Scotland his entire life.

If they are coming to town, I suggest giving them a listen. Some traditional tunes, traditionals with a mondern twist, and newer songs of their own.

Didn't see any other kilted lads, however.
