    Just goes to show that government employees do have a sense of humor.
    Those guys are U.S. Border Patrol, one of the few non-military government services that have a bagpipe honor guard.

    Unfortunately beer was probably not involved. One of the features of any U.S. Government organization is that one must hurry to some sort of assembly and then wait, and wait some more. After a fashion one or two will conjur up something to relieve the boredom. This video should be a good training film for many.
