Clan an Drumma soundbites
Does anyone know where there might be some soundbites available for this band?

Check their website. They have streaming audio 24/7.
(or are looking to download?)

just a note ... Clann-n-Drumma will be in Gatlinburg for the G-burg Highland Games. Not too far off the beaten track from VA.
well worth the trip just to hear them!

I've had bad luck with this group. I don't mean that they have swindled me or anything, just that I have had one opportunity to see them, and thet were a "no show" due to bad weather. Another time I actually ordered a CD from their website and something happened to my order. Somehow, it was never filled. Of course, I wasn't charged for it either, so, to use an American basketball term, "no harm, no foul" I am not a fan of downloading music, other than a few things that some new groups used to post on their own websites to get their music out and before the public

They are 300 times better live than they are on CD.

I'll second that emotion!
I'll also quote what I heard a
fellow concert listener say about their music.
"It's Tribal. It makes men want to fight and
women want to mate!"

Not always true. My wife strongly opposes the playing of that type of music in her presence. If anything, bagpipe or any other form of Celtic music closes the door to "doing what couples do" in my house...

I ordered a CD from them, and it never arrived. They shipped out a 2nd one, and it too never came. I don't know what happened, but I'm nervous about ordering again. It's too bad the only way you can get their music is through their site.
