Whilst at work today one of our suppliers came in, he is also the piper of Hunting McLeod. HM is a local band to me but are more popular south of the border on the eastern seaboard's highland festival circuit. Alan and I where chatting about their recent Virginia concert, upcoming CD and future dates. Hunting McLeod is the unofficial SOKS band and always have a kilt night when they're playing. The fiddler Corey is also a part-time SOKSer. Anyhow I digress They will be playing at the Greater Greensville Scottish Festival & Highland Games on June 8th, 2007. I thought Crap I have many XMarks friends in Greenville and especially to Barclay who is also a fan/friend of the band. I encourage all G-Vegas XMarks drunks and DD's to catch the band if they can. Mention my name and they might smile and roll their eyes . Only wish I could get a gig as their roadie and come down, get Dreadbelly hammered on Woodchuck and shave him bald when he passes out!
