They put on an absolutely awesome show -- their music is fantastic, their show is even better! Go early, be in the front (if not assigned seating), enjoy immensely. I guarantee you will be very happy .

I'd suggest the skirt and a wrap. During February, in Madison, it might be a bit cold for 'neither'.

LOL I knew I was walking right into that as soon as I typed it.
Ok perhaps I will do both I just worry that I will be the only one in tartan and nobody else will be in kilts and things.

No need to worry about being the only person there in tartan. I can all but guarantee that there will be plenty of kilts in the audience. Have seen them live many times. They come to a local celtic festival every year and are always one of the highlights. I personally can't imagine going to a celtic concert without wearing a kilt.

I wore my kilt and there were approximately 20 other guys in kilts (this was at a very small venue so that's a big number). There were also many ladies in all styles of dress - everything from mini-kilts to floor-length hostess-type dresses -- as well as the usual plethora of jeans outfits...
Were I you, I'd dress for it in skirt and sash -- as long as your outfit is conducive to dancing and having fun .

Pics for sure! Including before pics where you guys can help me pick out my outfit!
I dont have any friends that are into tartans so I get to rely on my lads to pick my outfits

They are playing Here in March and was thinking about getting tickets as well. I've never heard a bad thing about their live shows.
I have always tempered my killing with respect for the game pursued. I see the animal not only as a target but as a living creature with more freedom than I will ever have. I take that life if I can, with regret as well as joy, and with the sure knowledge that nature's ways of fang and claw or exposure and starvation are a far crueler fate than I bestow. - Fred Bear

I checked out their website, and their tour dates only go through November of 2011. How does one find out the dates for 2012? Madison wouldn't be too far normally, but maybe so in February.
