Just got a copy of Natalie McMaster's new album "Yours Truly" all I can say is WOW. The first track (Volcanic Jigs), well the name says it all, some of the best fiddling and cello I have ever heard. I really think this is her best album yet, if you like celtic fiddle - get it!
I've only heard about half the Cd so far and I agree, Wow is an understatement. This is a must hear for celtic fiddle lovers and celtic music lovers alike. Kilted Stuart
Just downloaded the first two samples, that's rocking fiddle alright. Pretty hot band too, a real live vibe to what I heard, must've done the rhythm section and guitar together by the sounds, then added the fiddle. Any Canadians out there get to see this girl and band? If not get crackin!! She'd be amazing live I'm sure. Thanks for the hot tip Graham, (and for fwding the package, tho not arrived just yet)(rob told me). I'll inform the Barleyshakes about her, they'll dig it.

Yeah she is awesome! She put out a real trad album with her grandfather Buddy not too long ago that's great too. and guys, if you need any Canadian cd's...I work at a cd store and can get em at cost...feel free to PM me.
