If this has been covered before, I apologize. Pandora (pandora.com of all things) is an internest radio-type service. You can get it free, with ads, or pay $36/year for nothing but music. I've been listening to the generic Celtic station all day. Great stuff. They also have a totally bagpipes station and many, many others. Giving thumbs up and/or thumbs down to a tune modifies your songlist. Pretty trick outfit. I like it anyway.
Unfortunatly Pandora is only available to US IP addresses.

Pandora is nice because it is browser based or you can find the app for your phone. Ive used artists names to create some good listening. Just looked up spotify and found they do have a Linux client if you are using debian packages. Down side to spotify is they require your Facebook account, if you have one, in order to create a spotify account. Ill stick with Pandora and my stacks of cds and vinyl.

I have only just listened to Pandora recently. It has not taken me away from Accuradio's Celtic music channels that I have been listening to for years. You know what they say about teaching old dogs new tricks!

If you know a pipe player put their name in and see what comes up. You can also try Ullean pipes as a key word too. Ive gotten some great Bollywood and Hindi music just using those key words.
