Pandora - The Music Genome Project
This website allows you to create your own private "radio station" of your favorite music based on a pretty dense variety of criteria.
http://www.pandora.com
I put in one song name and Pandora came up with several albums, most of which are already in my collection, and many more that aren't but should be.
By selecting the image of the album that's playing you can give it a thumbs up or thumbs down, making Pandora smarter about narrowing down the kind of music you like.
You can even create different "radio stations" of different styles so that you always have a selection of music that fits your mood.
And it's free with ads or fee-based without ads.

Have they got any advertisers yet? I use the free version, and I haven't heard any yet.
Another good site is Live365.

I haven't heard any ads so far either. I've used Live365 too, but I like Pandora enough to use it much more often than the other.

Been using Pandora for a few months now. Found it to be so good, I actually subscirbed. Not something I thought I was going to do for an online music site. I'll admit that I haven't really listened to Celtic music in general, but I've found Pandora to do very well for my other music tastes.
