    Real McKenzies

If you like Dropkick Murphys' sound, bagpipes and CRAZY Scots, check out the Real McKenzies...

While you're there, check out who they're using for their kiltmaker (link on the left hand column of the links page):

If you could sum up the Real McKenzies in one or two sentance what you say. Also did you make a kilt for one of the people in The Dropkick Murhpys?

Ya, I love the McKenzies' music. My avatar is actually from one of their T-shirts I have. Modified, of course, with my family tartan and family shield!
I hope they find time to do a US tour this year.

They sound pretty good! Might have to consider purchasing one of their albums.

My bandmate Joe played with them a number of times when he was in Roger Miret and the Disasters and had to talk one of the McKenzies out of bashing Joe's guitar player in the gob for repeated uncouth comments regarding the kilt.

Great Band and great kilts. Seems like natural cross mechanising to me! Way to go Rocky.
