We did have a great time, thanks! They are a very talented group of musicians and it was an enjoyable evening. They do talk funny LOL and we didn't catch much of the lyrics, but the music itself was more than worth the admission.
Bob was the only kiltie in sight (band included) and during the intermission he headed for the facilities. I was waiting for him and saw the Weavers' lead singer headed the same way. Sure enough, Bob returned with a grin and said the fellow had commented as they passed [reproduced here sans phonetic treatment], "Good on you! You've dressed for the occasion!"
Then Bob paused, and said. . . "At least I think that's what he said!" 
AMSD concert series is well worth following for anyone in the SD (or greater SoCal) area. We were in line with a largish group that had all driven down from Los Angeles area for the show.
