I'm going to jam (improvise) on low whistle during a reel set...that's just NOT DONE! I'm also playing low whistle on Miles Davis' "All Blues". Blues on the low whistle, that's a bit different. Hey, we're into bending the rules and striking sparks at the interface between traditions. I'll post pics after the concert. They're all revolting at the idea of me performing in a kilt, though! :x Maybe I'll be a slacker during the show but put on the kilt for the session at the pub afterwards.
