While "Just Because" is certainly a good enough reason for me, the object is to have the maximum number of people around the world participating in a simultaneous toast, breaking last years record, and updating the Guinness Book of World Records.

I thought Guiness was referring to the beer. I guess a nation-wide toast would make a good record. It would be better if the toast was made with glasses of Guiness.
